Refund Policy

I strive to create artwork that meets your highest expectations. Because of this, I work closely with each client to ensure their vision is brought to life. Before starting a drawing, we’ll discuss your ideas, and you’ll receive a draft to review and approve before colors and final details are added. You’ll also have the opportunity to request any adjustments on the final drawing if needed.

Refund Eligibility

• Orders that I have not yet started are eligible for a full refund upon request.
• Once work has begun, including initial drafts, the order becomes non-refundable.
